As I stepped onto the pebbled shore of Anthony Quinn Bay, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking beauty of this hidden gem on the east coast of Rhodes. I learned that the bay was named after the famous actor Anthony Quinn, who fell in love with this spot while filming "The Guns of Navarone" in the 1960s. The snorkeling here is fantastic, with an abundance of colorful fish darting around the rocks beneath the surface. I spent hours exploring the underwater world, marveling at the marine life. The small beach bar offers refreshments and snacks, making it easy to spend a whole day here. As the sun began to set, the bay was bathed in a golden light, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
