Cleopatra Beach (Kleopatra Plaji), Turkish Riviera

Nestled at the foot of Alanya Castle, Cleopatra Beach is a slice of paradise on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. As I stepped onto the soft, golden sand, I was immediately struck by the crystal-clear turquoise waters stretching out before me. The beach gets its name from the legend that Cleopatra herself once swam here, and it's easy to see why she would have chosen this spot. The water is incredibly inviting, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. I spent hours exploring the underwater world, marveling at the colorful fish darting around my feet. The beach is well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for rent. Along the promenade, there's a great selection of cafes and restaurants serving up delicious Turkish cuisine and refreshing drinks. As the day progressed, I watched paragliders soaring above the castle, adding to the already spectacular view. The beach can get busy during peak season, but there's always space to find your own little corner of paradise. As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the bay, I realized why Cleopatra Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey.
