Avala Mountain (Planina Avala), Belgrade

I was mesmerized by the intricate design of the tower, which resembles a tripod. Near the summit, I discovered the Monument to the Unknown Hero, a powerful tribute to fallen soldiers. The tranquil atmosphere and well-maintained paths make it ideal for hiking and picnicking. I particularly enjoyed the scenic drive to the top, with plenty of spots to pull over and soak in the views. The air felt noticeably cleaner, and the peaceful ambiance was a welcome change from the city's hustle.
