Olympos Cable Car (Olympos Teleferik), Kemer

Riding the Olympos Cable Car was an unforgettable experience! As we ascended Mount Tahtali, the panoramic views of the Turkish Riviera took my breath away. The journey itself is thrilling, with the cable car smoothly gliding up the mountainside. At the summit, standing at 2,365 meters above sea level, I felt on top of the world. The 360-degree views are simply spectacular – the Mediterranean Sea stretching endlessly on one side, and the rugged Taurus Mountains on the other. It's incredible to see the coastline from Antalya to Finike from this vantage point. The air is crisp and cool up here, a welcome respite from the heat below. There's a restaurant at the top where you can grab a bite while soaking in the views. For the adventurous, there are hiking trails and even paragliding options. The best time to visit is just before sunset when the sky turns into a canvas of vibrant colors. Don't forget your camera – the photo opportunities are endless! The round trip takes about 10 minutes each way, but I recommend spending at least an hour at the top to fully appreciate the experience. It's a must-do attraction when visiting the Antalya region.
