We continue our way to an olive oil factory where we are welcomed by one of the owners. She/he guides us through the factory and teach us all about the olive oil process. After the olive oil factory, you have your olive oil tasting with professional explanation how to appreciate the 'Gold of Crete'. After all this nowledge we head back to your hotel.
