On arrival into Basseterre city our rich European and African history is evident in the architecture. We drive by our picidilli circus, independence square, war memorial before reaching the three most outstanding points of interest which are the Romney manor sugar plantation, The caribelle batik shop/factory and The Brimstonehill fortress. At each of the three areas time is given for browsing, photography and the spectacular views.. the tour then travels in the same direction and back to your hotel.
