Te Paki, Bay of Islands

Te Paki is a breathtaking natural wonder at the northernmost tip of New Zealand's North Island. As I stood atop the massive sand dunes, I was awestruck by the sheer vastness of the landscape. The nearby Te Paki Stream offers a unique 4WD experience, as you navigate through the shallow waters surrounded by towering sand banks. The area is rich in Maori history and culture, adding depth to its natural beauty. As the day drew to a close, I was treated to a spectacular sunset that painted the sky in vibrant hues, reflecting off the sand and sea. Te Paki is truly a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the Far North of New Zealand.
