Srah Srang, Siem Reap

The stone steps leading down to the water's edge are worn smooth by centuries of use, inviting me to imagine the royal processions that once graced this place. Local fishermen still cast their nets in the calm waters, adding a touch of living history to the scene. As I sat on the terrace, taking in the tranquil atmosphere, I couldn't help but feel a connection to the ancient Khmer civilization that once thrived here. Srah Srang may not be as grand as Angkor Wat, but its quiet beauty and historical significance make it a must-visit spot for anyone exploring the Angkor Archaeological Park.
