Erg Chigaga, Morocco

As I stood atop a towering sand dune in Erg Chigaga, I was awestruck by the endless sea of golden sand stretching as far as the eye could see. The journey here, usually by 4x4 from M'Hamid, is an adventure in itself, crossing rocky hamada and dry lake beds.
