Climbing the 176 steps to the top was a bit of a workout, but the panoramic views were absolutely worth it. I could see for miles in every direction, spotting whales breaching in the distance. The museum in the former keeper's cottage offered intriguing insights into maritime history and lighthouse technology. Don't miss the working waterwheel, still functioning after over a century! The surrounding area is a nature lover's paradise, with walking trails and diverse flora and fauna. As the sun began to set, the lighthouse cast a warm glow over the landscape, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
