For a panoramic view, I took the funicular up to the Diana Observation Tower, where I was rewarded with breathtaking vistas of the surrounding forests. The town's rich history is palpable, with many grand hotels and villas dating back to its 19th-century heyday. As night fell, I found myself captivated by the illuminated Grandhotel Pupp, a majestic building that has hosted royalty and celebrities for centuries.
