Here, I watched locals jog and picnic while admiring the Magnificent Seven, a row of grand colonial mansions that showcase the city's rich architectural heritage. Downtown, I explored the bustling Independence Square, lined with shops and eateries, and the colorful Central Market, where the aromas of exotic fruits and spices filled the air. Even outside of festival season, the rhythm of steel pan music seems to permeate the air, inviting visitors to join in the lively atmosphere.
