Huangshan, also known as the Yellow Mountains, is a breathtaking mountain range in eastern China's Anhui province. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is renowned for its spectacular granite peaks, mystical sea of clouds, and ancient pine trees that seem to defy gravity. The area boasts over 70 peaks rising above 1,000 meters, with the highest, Lotus Peak, reaching 1,864 meters. One of Huangshan's most iconic features is its "Four Wonders": oddly-shaped pines, bizarre rock formations, the sea of clouds, and hot springs. The Welcoming Pine is perhaps the most photographed tree in China, while the Flying-Over Rock appears to hover precariously on the edge of a cliff.

Sunrise and sunset are particularly magical times in Huangshan, with Begin-to-Believe Peak and Bright Summit Peak offering stunning vistas. In winter, the mountains transform into a snowy wonderland, creating an entirely different but equally mesmerizing atmosphere.
