Tour description

From Mostar: Herzegovina escape - Springs & Stones is a tour in Mostar. From Mostar: Herzegovina escape - Springs & Stones has a rating of 5.00/5.00.

We created this to be an all in one tour for anyone who wants to learn about the mentality and way of life of our people while visiting 4 Herzegovina's wondrous sites in 7 hours. We visit 3 stops:

1. Počitelj; a scenic explorable Ottoman old town on a side of a hill

Only 200 years ago it was a thriving and rich town, now an authentic Ottoman historical site with only a few reconstructions. A stunning area overrun by the traditional fruit, pomegranates.

2. Kravice Waterfalls; A large area full of cozy places for you to visit and relax.

Go swimming in the main area where the waterfall is located, or get lots in the nature surrounding the main area.

3. Blagaj, a place of unique natural and architectural beauty, but also a bundle of important historical sites

The Ottoman old town and its Tekke are accentuated by the source of the Buna river (the largest freshwater source in Europe) which it was built around.
