Scuba diving baptism, Fréjus Saint-Raphaël

The baptism of diving is a unique experience to live:
- Spend an afternoon at sea: boat trip to an island near Saint-Raphaël
- After a complete briefing on the activity, dive in complete confidence with a state-certified instructor for 20 minutes (one instructor per person).

You will discover the life of the Mediterranean (fish, octopus, sea urchins, starfish etc), the sensations of breathing underwater (6m max)
- before and after your baptism you can swim and snorkel around the island (we stay about 90 minutes on site)
- tea or water available depending on the season.

A baptism certificate will then be issued to you for your first underwater experience on your return to port, around 5 p.m.

This activity is open to everyone from 8 years old (parental authorization required for minors).

You will need: swimsuit, water!, sunglasses, towel.
