1 Hour Tour: Market and Street Food - the best of Parma, Parma

The food here is tradition, family, excellence! How to discover the real food of Parma, not just the most famous products? With a local like me who will guide you inside the city market, a must for Parmesan! In an hour we will immerse ourselves in aromas and colors.

I will tell you how the typical recipes are born as we stroll through the alleys of the historic center enlivened by the stalls. We will stop in a fresh pasta shop to taste the Anolini, we will stop in a historic deli, we will toast in a calm alley with a glass of Lambrusco dei Colli and we will go to a cheesemaker's stall to test Parmesan cheese and Spalla Cotta salami.
