Ideal on hot summer days (we will touch 700 m altitude), this tour will climb through the vineyards between the hills of Barolo and Barbaresco but touching "Alta Langa", famous for hazelnut cultivation. We will visit typical villages off DA tourist routes, in a "langa" yet to be discovered.
You can taste hazelnut products, such as spreads and pastries, through one of the most beautiful scenic routes in the area that will surely leave you speechless!
Starting DA Alba, the capital of the Langhe, the route is about 43 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 860 meters, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists.
The route is almost entirely on asphalt with the possibility of parts on dirt, intermediate level and safe for everyone.
Note: After lunch, the return route is almost totally downhill to Alba, so DA does not get too tired during the afternoon.
