Then we will go to the Pont du Gard, first for the picnic with fresh produce from local farms, then for a walk on the site of the Pont du Gard, a sublime bridge-aqueduct built and used by the Romans to supply Nîmes with water.

We will finish the tour in Nimes, with a first stop in front of the magnificent Maison Carrée, an ancient temple dedicated to the grandsons of the Emperor Augustus and built between the years 2 and 5 AD. Then you will visit the Roman Amphitheatre with an audio guide, a beautiful site built around 105 AD.
