We depart from the heart of Mitla's historic center and drive through the town, passing by various landmarks to learn interesting facts about each site until we reach one of the largest mountains surrounding Mitla. This mountain is very unique because we drive toward prehistoric caves, and with luck we'll be able to see different animals such as owls, bulls, horses, eagles, falcons, among others. Throughout the tour there are many places to take great photos for Instagram. Also, while we're on the mountain, we'll enjoy a mezcal at the lookout to give thanks to Mother Earth for all she's given us.
