Private Cooking Class in Tuscany | Hand Made Pasta, Arezzo

You will be welcomed into our country house, immersed in the beauty of the rolling Sienese hills. I am a professional Chef and Sommelier, and I love welcoming people from all over the world into my home to share my family's recipes and traditions with you.

Here I will be happy to welcome you in our professional kitchen with access to the garden, where we will prepare specialties and different types of fresh pasta with their accompanying sauces.

All the ingredients used come from our organic garden, and where not available, from small farms nearby.

You will be guided step by step to make the various fresh pasta doughs, their fillings and together we will prepare the accompanying sauces.

At the end of the lesson we will taste the prepared dishes together, paired with a glass of excellent wine!
