With the guided tour of the Museum of Olive Culture you will be able to discover with a specialized guide, the different spaces of the museum where the garden with more than 30 different varieties of olive tree stand out, the operation of the original milling and pressing systems of the late nineteenth century along with other tools and tools of the field. Finally you can visit “The Cathedral of Oil”, the winery of the mill, declared a Cultural Interest in 1992.
After the tour of the Olive Museum we will hold an Initiation Workshop to the Oil Tasting, in which we will learn to recognize the main organoleptic characteristics of oils putting ourselves in the skin of professional tasters. We will have the necessary materials (tasting chips, pencils, apple, water, tasting glasses).
