During this part of the excursion, you will see our old churches, the Berkley Memorial (The Circus), The Indepenedent Square and The War Memorial. While traveling in a westward direction, we will stop at the Romney Manor Sugar Plantation. It was owned by the great, great, grandfather of Thomas Jefferson - the third president of the United States. After that, the next stop is at the Brimstone Hill Fortress which is a UNESCO world heritage site and is also the British Military Head Quarters of the 17th and 18th century.
