Driving along the picturesque west coast, to the Fishing town of Gouyave, home of Grenada's three-time, Olympic medalist Kirani James. At Diamond Chocolate Factory we will sample delicious Jouvay Chocolate. Your adventure starts at The Victoria Nutmeg Museum, You will learn why Grenada is known as the Spice Isle. Belmont Estates plantation lunch and dark chocolate are delicious. At the very North of the island, in St. Patrick, you will visit Carib’s Leap, an important historic site in Sauteurs. Sample Rum at a rum shop, made by the 200-year-old water-powered River Antoine Rum distillery. Passing the eastern coastal town of Grenville, we cut across the mountains to 1900ft above sea level, through the Grand Etang rainforest, home of the Mona monkey. We end with a cooling swim at Annandale Falls before the return journey to St. George’s.
